General Refund and Return Conditions:
Refund Eligibility: Refunds are applicable for items returned within 7 days of purchase, provided they remain unused, in original condition, and have not been energized, damaged, altered, or manipulated.
Non-Returnable Items: Products ordered with Energization (Pran Pratistha) services are non-returnable due to their customized spiritual process.
Inspection and Processing: Returned items are carefully inspected before approval. Refund processing may take up to 45 working days.
Authenticity Guarantee: In case a Rudraksha bead is proven inauthentic by a verified laboratory, a full refund will be issued. The cost of testing and verification is borne by the customer.
Custom Products: Customized designs or special orders are not eligible for return or refund.
Cancellation Policy:
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement by contacting our customer support team.
Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled.
Damaged or Incorrect Products:
If items are damaged during shipping or incorrect products are received, customers must notify us within 12 hours of delivery.
Such cases are eligible for replacement/refund after review. A service/restocking fee of 20% may apply.
Payment gateway charges by third-party providers are non-refundable.
Additional Provisions for Accessories:
Free Replacement/Repair: Available within 1 month for Rudraksha chains, silver chains, malas, and other accessories.
Discounted Servicing: Available for 12 months from the purchase date.
Post-Warranty Repairs: After 12 months, repair/servicing charges will apply.
Additional Refund Conditions:
Lost Items in Transit: Full refunds will be issued if an order is lost during delivery (except in cases of natural calamities or uncontrollable circumstances).
Delayed Orders: If order dispatch is delayed by more than 20 days (without prior communication), a full refund is applicable.
Refund Request Window: Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the order date.
Return Packaging: Customers must return items along with the Original Product Certificate, Invoice, Packaging, Documentation, Lab Certificates, and any Discount Coupons.
