  • All confirmed orders are processed within 2–5 business days of successful payment.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • For customized or energized products (e.g., Puja-energized Rudraksha), processing times may be longer and will be communicated directly to the customer.

 

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

  • We ship across India and internationally through trusted courier and logistics partners.

  • Estimated delivery times:

    • Domestic (within India): 5–10 business days from dispatch.

    • International: 10–21 business days from dispatch (depending on customs and local regulations).

  • Delivery timelines are approximate and may vary due to courier delays, customs clearance, or unforeseen circumstances.

 

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and weight/volume of the product.

  • Free shipping offers may apply to selected products or promotions and will be clearly communicated on our website.

 

4. Tracking & Updates

  • Once an order is shipped, customers will receive an email/SMS notification with tracking details.

  • Customers can track their shipment directly via our courier partner’s website or through their Rudraksha Valley account dashboard.

 

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes (for International Orders)

  • International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees as per the destination country’s regulations.

  • These additional charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping cost.

 

6. Shipping Delays

  • While we strive to ensure timely delivery, Rudraksha Valley is not liable for delays caused by courier partners, customs, natural disasters, or other unforeseen events beyond our control.

  • Customers will be notified promptly if significant delays occur.

 

7. Damaged, Lost, or Incorrect Shipments

  • If a product is received in a damaged condition or incorrect order, customers must report it to us within 12 hours of delivery with supporting photos/videos.

  • If a shipment is lost in transit, we will initiate an investigation with the courier and provide a replacement or refund as per our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

 

8. Packaging & Handling

  • All Rudraksha beads and products are securely packed with proper protection, along with their respective authenticity certificates and invoices.

  • We encourage customers to handle the package carefully upon receipt, especially energized Rudraksha products.
